Integrated Intelligence Laboratory (IIL) is an interdisciplinary research group at the Department of CSE, IIT Madras. We work on research problems across machine learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning. We also work closely with researchers in related areas (Biological network analysis) and the Center for Computational Brain Research (CCBR).
To achieve global prominence in artificial intelligence and data science research with significant societal impact, by carrying out translational research, creating top-quality engineers, particularly in the areas of statistical relational data analytics, causal modelling, data science specific architecture, and reinforcement learning. The centre also envisions to become renowned for teaching and training in data science, especially in programs tailored for different industries and application domains.
